Just a brief to whats going on with my plan of getting our dream house. its start on last year, to be exact is on the early of the year. then it keep drag and drag to finally end of the year than only it start to really happen.
for the first step of course it should be a land, then a contractor and then architecture and then district approval and then loan and then list go on....
each step might required a lots of time lots of energy and of course need lot of money. dont you get it.
and the most difficult and hardest thing is it need more and more patience from me.
building a dream house even though it just a small one, it is still not a simple thing to do. i need to study about a house, gain as much knowledge regarding construction and design, finding a good contractor and trusted lawyer, and so on. this is such a big deal to me with zero knowledge.
right now, i manage to buy a land for the house. also done with the house's design and now waiting for district approval on our house's plan. now on january 2017 i proceed with the loan approval.
let them do their job and i will waiting for next step before i will being busy later. before its get start, nothing much i can do because most of the starting procees reaaly need time to be approved.
