Since, now we are in the month of Ramadhan al mubarak...so i jst want to talk about all kind of food that rarely be found before fasting season.
I guess not much people know or ever heard about this kuih, a traditional kuih mostly found at Kelantan. Also can be found at other side of Kelantan but, its very difficult to find lah.
The kuih was so called as Kuih Lompat Tikam @ jump and stabbing... Where and why its got that pretty much strange name, just do not ask it to me. I also do not know how people can named it like that..huhu. The kuih is made up from flour, santan @ coconut paste, and pulut @ glutinous rice and also got gula melaka with it.

For me this kuih is not much as my favourite, just eat aje kalau dah ada depan mata. But to buy it, maybe not lah. hehehe... Only during this month i found this kuih, tu pun mak yang beli. Setahu aku, mak pun tak pernah buat sendiri kuih nih sebab leceh dan rumit. Banyak benda nak kena buat, kuih yang warna hijau lah, nak kena masak pulut nya lagi, buat kuah santan dah tu kuah gula melaka lagi, sangat sangat leceh dan memakan masa yang agak panjang. Lebih baik beli je habis cerita...huhu
Just nak cakap yang mesti ramai yang tak pernah dengar tentang kuih nih. Kuih ni memang susah nak cari kalau selain dari negeri kelantan...
Dan kalau korang ada pernah nampak kiuh ni ada jual kat mana mana kedai, ambik lah peluang untuk beli dan rasa lah sendiri. =)
